We can't run "Open in browser" option while running on docker

Title says everything.. How we can fix this problem?

If we can't do this, we need to print target URL to status bar for manual open.

I didn't find a way open in browser feature inside container.
To handle it:

1 ) Is running inside container?
1.a ) Yes -> Then, print the URL to status bar.
1.a ) example : Can't open browser, please open manually : https://github.com..."
1.b ) No -> Open in browser
