Not compatible with current libhydrogen

This commit made big changes in libhydrogen, for example

- #define hydro_kx_N_PACKET1BYTES 32
+ #define hydro_kx_N_PACKET1BYTES (32 + 16)

Any plans to update with current libhydrogen?
