## Out of scope of the `temporal-developer` skill
- **Operational CLI commands** (batch operations, health queries, Cloud admin, tcld, scripting) → Use the `temporal-ops` skill.
- **Worker performance tuning, sizing, capacity planning** → Use the `temporal-workertuning` skill.
If the conversation drifts into one of these areas, hand off to the relevant sibling skill rather than improvising.
