Please cross-publish for Scala 2.11.

I'd really like to depend on your project for metrics--thanks for developing it!--but we have a lot of code that's still on Scala 2.11. It _looks_ like you're already set up to cross-publish, so my hope is this would be straightforward, but if not, please let me know how I can lend a hand.
