Dynamically set hackathon information in email templates

The emails templates that we have ([link](https://github.com/swamphacks/core/tree/dev/apps/api/internal/emailutils/templates)) hardcodes hackathon information such as the name and dates. These information should be in sync with the hackathon info inside the database.
