Wrong display after installing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open terminal (zsh)
2. cd to any directory
3. npm init @svrx/create-plugin

Expected behavior

after installing, The project name section will been shown successfully

Try npm init react-app test-app and report what happens

There is no Interactive process after create-react-app installing .

It looks like a bug of npx.
