docs: CONTRIBUTING.md file missing

Problem

The project does not have a CONTRIBUTING.md file, making it difficult for new contributors to know how to contribute to the project.

Proposed Solution

Add a CONTRIBUTING.md with:

• How to fork and clone
• Branch naming conventions
• Commit message format
• How to raise a PR
• Code style guidelines

@nv-2177 Thanks for the suggestion! While this is an interesting idea, we are currently focusing all our resources on stabilizing the core forensic engine and mobile responsiveness. We won't be planning this feature at this time, but we may revisit it in a future version.
