Bitbucket support

What problem does this solve?

I have work that is hosted on bitbucket and would like to have first class support for that in a similar vain as the Gitlab request.

Proposed solution

Something similar to the Gitlab PR possibly. Or make all of them generic enough so they have the same interface and just the internals talk to the service so it could be extended to other git providers that seem to be popping up more and more nowadays.

#816 should make forges generic enough, if anyone wants to pick this up for Bitbucket too. (I'm not really familiar with it, but I can try that myself otherwise)
