• Nobody needs it
• Our financial system works fine
• You earn interest on your savings account
• Inflation is not a big deal
• The central banks have your interests at heart
• Screw all the people in third world countries. You don’t need to transact with them.
• Your 401k will go up forever
• Foreign exchange fees are fine
• These things are for your own good
• There are about 40 million millionaires in the world and only 21 million Bitcoin - there is not enough to go around
• Several million bitcoin have been lost
• It’s too hard to store it on your own
