Add a prefix like 'streamx-' to container names

When starting the app with CLI all container names get very common/generic names.

Current names: jeager, grafana, etc.
Desired names: streamx-jeager, streamx-grafana, etc.

I have many containers running and would be nice to be able to quickly spot which ones belong to streamx
