Triggered by #255, I was wondering whether there is a good way to ensure that the scripts in the examples folder are actually consistent with the documentation in the Juypter notebooks. Currently, changing the documentation also requires updating the examples script which can easily be forgotten.
It would be good to either automatically check the consistency in some way or maybe (a more drastic measure) remove the example scripts and solely rely on the notebooks.
