tripalmap compatibility: need to store featurepostype as a single cvterm instead of 3

right now i have featureposprops for start, stop, and QTL. Instead i need a single prop (local:marker position type) with value = start, stop, qtl.

yeah then down the road the value could use a cvterm when we have cvalue_id.
