Manage basic information about a student

As a course manager, I need a web interface to manage basic information about a student participating in the course so that I can maintain current information about that student.

Acceptance Criteria:

• I can manage the following information about a student through a web page:
  • first name
  • last name
• I can view the above information for a specific student
• I can modify the above information for a specific student
• I can delete a specific student
