Manage basic information about a learning resource

As a course manager, I need a web interface to manage basic information about a learning resource related to my course so that I can maintain current information about the resource.

Acceptance Criteria:

• I can manage the following information about a learning resource through a web page:
  • title
  • resource type (document, presentation, link)
  • description
  • authors
• I can view the above information for a specific learning resource
• I can modify the above information for a specific learning resource
• I can delete a specific learning resource
