URL of staging_siteurl and destination_siteurl

I tried to test the `jenkins-wordpress.sh`, and found that `destination_siteurl` and `staging_siteurl` are the same url after `Transferring staging database to production..`

maybe `# Get Prod Site Url` should be done before `Transferring staging database to production..`
