Hello, I am encountering an error while attempting to compile HTR with cupa. The specific error message I am seeing is：

My system is WSL Ubuntu 22 with cuba12.1, RTX 3070, all going well until compile the HTR solver.

Hi, I think that this is a consequence of this Legion issue (StanfordLegion/legion#1469).
I'll try to follow up with a fix.
