Description
Related posts in the right panel should be expandable in place, rather than requiring navigation away or opening a modal. Add a clear affordance (e.g., a "Read more" button) so users know they can expand a post.
Acceptance Criteria
- Related posts in the right panel can be expanded in place to show full content
- A clear "Read more" button or similar affordance indicates expandability
- Expanded state is toggleable (can collapse back)
- Expansion does not disrupt the scroll position of other items in the panel
