When viewing a main post and its related posts in the right panel, highlight the substrings that connect them. This makes the relationship between posts visually clear.
Requirements
- Identify and highlight matching/related substrings between the main post and its related posts
- Design a schema for communicating highlight data between frontend and backend
- Coordinate with backend team on the schema definition
Acceptance Criteria
- Related substrings are visually highlighted in both the main post and related posts
- Highlighting is clear and doesn't interfere with readability
- A documented schema exists for backend communication of highlight data
