Use with inline-block

Great module!
I have a horizontal use case where I put lots of divs with display:inline-block with fixed sizes in a div. When using !important in my css for the display:inline-block property, angular-virtual-scroll works like a charm. If I omit the property, anguarl-virtual-scroll puts display:block on every element.

Just something to consider for future changes.

Hmmm. I swear I had it working, but now it doesn't render initially invisible elemtns anymore. More investigation...
