A CI system must be deployed

We are currently lacking $resources$ to have a heavy weight test infrastructure for our systems in the scale we want to. Also, a light weight one is limited enough to be useless.

Thus, we have to do one of three things:
1. Put a larger investment on the project (it is currently a side project on my free time)
2. Do some really smart DevOps solution
3. Balance options 1 and 2
