The code is based for Linux, that's why there's almost no code. Although I can run the server fine on the .dme

I guess this requires some clarification then.
"Source code" refers to a certain type of code, the type that humans read and edit.
It doesn't include the compiled binaries, which are in machine code (DM bytecode specifically).
You can run the game from the binaries, but you can't (reasonably) edit the code more than minor value-fudging.

This code is mostly based off of Baystation12 judging by the dmb, and they are open-source.

That has source, but not the main binaries.
This has the main binaries, but no source.
