Sign up, Login and Marker bugs

1. Once I'm logged in, it let's me log out. But, if I drop a marker on the page, it doesn't let me log out.
2. Sign-up page let me log into my old account. It should show a warning message about the user already existing, and remind the user to appropriately log in.
3. Does not keep track of markers for the user.
