Import relevant issues from github.com/fermyon/developer

There's some good feedback in the https://github.com/fermyon/developer/issues queue when it comes to Spin technical docs content. However, a bulk import doesn't make sense since https://github.com/fermyon/developer/issues tracks issues related to the site itself (which hosts documentation for Fermyon products) and other Fermyon products.

This issue can be closed once we've migrated all of the relevant Spin technical docs-related issues from https://github.com/fermyon/developer/issues into this GH repo (and closed the original issues with a pointer to their new home).

@quyumkehinde - a good first step would be labeling issues from https://github.com/fermyon/developer/issues related to Spin technical documentation with spin-migration. So that way we can continue to work in 1-centralized location up until the time we migrate the content and associated issues.

Issues have been labeled. @quyumkehinde will write a script to import them into the spinframework org

@michelleN do you have write access to the spinframework/spin-docs repo? We are going to need someone with write access to run the migration script.
