Documentation Status

I'm starting this issue to track our documentation progress. We're much better at having code documentation than we were in the past, but we still need to do quite a bit of work on things like the tutorial: https://github.com/spartan-array/spartan/wiki/Tutorial.

• Walk through tutorial to make sure it's valid.
• Change tutorial to use something like doctest to autogenerate output
• Figure out how to use github pages: http://spartan-array.github.io/spartan/
• Page for frequently asked questions

I added a FAQ in the wiki, let me know if I missed anything important. Where does the name Spartan come from btw?

We're using GitHub pages now, but the documentation can definitely be improved.
