Add view of recently updated handbook pages on homepage #6251
Add a list "recently updated pages" section to the handbook homepage.
The section should show the last 5 (or last 10 or so) pages that were most recently updated. The list could show the last update dates for each page.
Additional idea: also add a "recently created pages" section.
