Currently we have a few different link styles in use:

The hidden link
It looks like any other text. Only on hover or focus a link is revealed:

The underlined link
The link text is underlined and it has a hover/focus effect:

The info link
This one uses the text-info styling from Bootstrap:

While 2. & 3. are fine, 1. goes against every style guide I know. For example, from MDN:
You should at least:
- Use underlining for links, but not for other things. If you don't want to underline links, at least highlight them in some other way.
- Make them react in some way when hovered/focused, and in a slightly different way when activated.
