Event table just has comms after manual obsid change #67
Description
My first pass at understanding this is that if there is no obsid entry for the commanded obsid in the or_er iFOT events that the PCAD events are not included.
I put up the web output at https://cxc.cfa.harvard.edu/mta/ASPECT/tmp/arc3_bug/ . Not sure about the most useful place for the data that corresponds to the time. I might work this issue.
