This change is also the vehicle for verifying the v3 float (smartwatermelon/github-workflows v3 -> v3.3.0, e6e2643): this repo calls both bumped reusable workflows on @v3, so opening a PR exercises claude-code-action 1.0.219 on a real run before ~24 repos rely on it.
