Hardware drm support

Does the player support hardware drm on samsung tv? It looks like it's shaka player underneath. I am assuming the answer is a no, but still checking.

Yes, DRM is supported on Samsung and LG tv. This player was developed using Shaka Player, so all Shaka Player features are available.

My query was specifically about hardware drm like Widevine L1. I wanted to understand if this was experimented with on Samsung Tizen platform.

I have been working on building an application to stream content with widevine l1 but was not able to get it to work with hlsjs or dashjs.

And are there any plans to integrate native players that are provided by the platform like the avplay provided by samsung.
