Currently it is not possible to deploy smallstep in context mode Config maps shall include this mode and support multi context generation at first initialisation
Why this is needed
Impossible to centralize multi rootca implementation with contexts in one smallstep instance running on kubernetes. Any context created from the cli will be gone after the pod restarts as the directories are not persisted.
