decide on deployment/application panels

Decide what to do with the deployment, application, and app store panels.

Vincente wants to use the word "application" to replace "deployment" because he doesn't find it obvious. This however, conflicts with the existing "application" panel (and indirectly with the app store).

Perhaps an alternative is "services".

I would leave 'deployment' for now and perhaps consider 'running deployment'. I would also leave 'application' as this has deeper meaning for the overall UI.

URL was changed to "access service".

I would prefer we avoid using a new term (aka not used in the UI at the moment) like 'service' and use 'go to app' instead.
