Publish the first npm alpha

The package metadata is prepared for codex-claw@0.1.0-alpha.0, but the package has not been published.

Acceptance:

• local package smoke test passes from a clean temp directory
• package is published with the alpha tag
• README install command is updated after publish

Readiness update from merged PR #17:

• README now presents CodexClaw as a Codex CLI-first alpha with a cleaner public structure, centered preview, badges, npx alpha status, terminal demos, and beta-track checklist.
• Package README now documents the intended npx alpha bootstrap flow, source-checkout CLI commands, command table, environment variables, and publish checklist.
• package.json now includes npm-facing metadata: repository, bugs, homepage, expanded keywords, and alpha publishConfig.
• Root release script now publishes with --tag alpha --access public.

• npm whoami currently fails with ENEEDAUTH on this machine, so the real npm publish cannot be completed until npm login/token auth is available.

Real publish attempt result:

pnpm release:codex-claw reached the npm publish step for codex-claw@0.1.0-alpha.0 with --tag alpha --access public, but npm rejected it with ENEEDAUTH.

No npm package was published. Next unblocker is authenticating this machine with npm using npm adduser or providing a valid npm token in the environment before rerunning pnpm release:codex-claw.

Outstanding issue sweep update:

• npm whoami still fails locally with ENEEDAUTH, so the machine is not authenticated to publish.
• npm view codex-claw version dist-tags --json returns E404, confirming codex-claw is not currently published on npm.
• pnpm pack:codex-claw passed in the current branch before merge, so the package tarball preflight is still clean.
• Repo-side release wiring remains ready: retry npm whoami, then pnpm pack:codex-claw, then pnpm release:codex-claw after npm auth is available.

Leaving this open and marked blocked because the remaining work requires npm account authentication rather than a repository change.
