python ../sphinxtrain/scripts/sphinxtrain run command does nothing

after setting up everything when i run this command and waited so long,but this does nothing only prints a message running the training.
and if i run those scripts individually it gives error:
configuration failed (e .g. etc/sphinx_train.cfg ) is not defined.
