Deactivate venv upon deleting

The venv remains active even after deleting, would be nice to automatically have it deactivated:
```bash
(--help) user@host:~$ rmvirtualenv --help
Removed virtualenv '--help'
(--help) user@host:~$ deactivate 
user@fedora:~$
```
