Nightly builds will fail if there is no release tagged Nightly in the repository

Currently, the nightly build will fail to check for updated when there is no Nightly tag on the repository.

Expected behavior: When there is no Nightly tag, the Nightly release is considered not up-to-date (as there is none) and a new Nightly will be released
