Request: new gem release

To use features like oneshot_line that have been added over the last few years, we have to use simplecov from github. A new gem release would be appreciated!

@sferik is making a hard push for 1.0 (finally). That said we can probably cut a 0.99 or rc.0 type release at some point before that.

I'm hoping to ship 1.0 this week or early next week. I think it's just blocked on #1165.
