Allow comments to be switched off per comic page

Disabling comments on individual pages

We already had this on blogs, and people requested this be added to comics as well, and now it is! When uploading or editing a comic page, you can now choose to disable comments on just that page. Should be useful if e.g. you post a page where you don't want people making jokes, or if the comments are getting heated on a page for whatever reason.

Remember though, if someone is harassing you, you can also contact moderators and we will step in! Still, it's good for comic authors to be able to control the situation themselves as well.
