Hi there,
Thanks you for using Quick Camera, and I hope it’s working well for you.
If the app, if you select “Borderless Mode” from the “Camera” menu (or hit Command-B), this will float the window above all others. I’ve just tested this on Tahoe 26.4 and it works as expected.
Let me know if this doesn’t work for you, and I’m happy to debug.
Thanks,
-Simon

I'm a low vision user who is using Quick Camera with a small webcam to view screens of some of my MIDI hardware up close.
I was of the impression that there's a way to keep the Quick Camera window in the foreground, like a floating window. I do not see the option, at least visibly, on either the UI or the menu. I'm on the latest version of macOS Tahoe 26...I think it's 26.4.
I am hoping that this function exists, as I like to keep the window in front while working with my DAW. Thanks much!

Hello Simon:
Thanks very much for the reply.
“Borderless Mode” is not as clear as, say, “Foreground Mode” in my mind; I have thought that it meant something else. So, glad to be informed that it is for the purpose I was seeking. I’m pleased that it works, and also glad there’s a key command option.
Not sure if there’s any “how to” documentation on usage, key commands, etc. If there is, that would be helpful. For the most part, I have figured out enough of it for my needs.
I’m glad for the existence of the app, and I really appreciate the help.
V.
