Are there any instruction on how to run the code with T1 as input and use the outputs to be compatible with freesurfer analysis?

Also, do you have data on how the model performs on isotropic T1 weighted image data?

Hi, I have updated the readme/front page with some documentation on how to run the included models. Also, the help (e.g., brainnet topofit -h) should come in handy. I hope this clears things up a bit.

We are currently putting together a paper draft documenting the performance so hopefully it will be out before long. I will say that performance is similar to freesurfer but generally with higher mesh quality.
