I'm pretty sure I used to be able to see the GCB test logs (like the more details link in https://github.com/sigstore/sigstore-python/runs/90208705631).
With my jku@sigstore.dev account I can see the steps but
You don't have permission to view the logs for this build. Make sure you are granted the logging.logEntries.list permission (included in roles 'Project Viewer' and 'Logs Viewer').
