Error regarding quantile.default(mzs,1-alpha)

Hello,
Thank you so much for your work on SPE. I have recently started using it and noticed that with the current version (1.7.0) I'm using, the spe command often returns an error (Error in quantile.default(mzs, 1 - alpha) :
missing values and NaN's not allowed if 'na.rm' is FALSE). I don't think it is because of missing values in my covariates, so I was wondering if I can ask for a fix to this.

HI @eddyz2023 , thank you for your interest in the package. May I ask if you can send me your R scripts and the dataset that only contains the variables used in the regression for troubleshooting? Thanks again.
