Debug support

I'm investigating providing debug support for ChoiceScript in this extension, either through CDT, or direct support in ChoiceScript. The former wouldn't work in the web, so the latter is preferable.

Support would cover some subset of (in rough priority order):

• Step-through code execution
• Statement breakpoints
• Debug console evaluation
• Variable values in scope

Happy to say I have managed to make some progress here, but there's still a lot of polishing to do. I also need to decide if this vscode extension is indeed the best way to deliver this functionality to the community.

I think VSCode has pretty much become a standard for programming. It’s not only great for writing code, but also handy for keeping notes, planning games, and so on. With more and more AI agents appearing to help with technical tasks (when it comes to the actual writing of text, I still find it much better to do it by hand), VSCode feels like a natural fit.

That said, for people who don’t work much with technical writing, other tools might be more convenient.
