Skip some folders from synchronization

I am new to github, I found your project very useful to spread the updates of my code to all my users with a simple click and I would like to know if there is a setting to omit some folders from synchronizing.

In the current state the project doesn't have a feature to omit files. I haven't used the synchronizer lately so I haven't had the need to add the feature, however, @maiweb did a fork of the project and added the feature, you may want to check out his fork and see if it fits your needs.
