Better `sysand info` output for multiple projects/versions

I didn't observe douplicated output from sysand info on a local project just initialized.

Ah good point, okay because I initially saw this from doing sysand info --iri urn:kpar:sysmod name and saw SYSMOD twice in its output, where it wasn't clear, and then went to sysand info --iri urn:kpar:sysmod and saw it there as well without much reflection.

My expectation was to get the name of the latest version or similar. Hmmm... Okay so --iri isn't just quite different from path, but it also makes the return a list compared to a single entry - that is quite complicated.

It just prints all projects that the resolver returned for the given path/iri. It just so happens that path always gives zero or one projects, while IRI can give many if it's found in an index.
