Develop a test involving the standard library

We should catch something like sysand add uri:kpar:sysmod failing earlier, so I figure we should have a few end to end test, among other things with index interactions.

There are coverage for a lot of things, but not use of the standard lib. So, let's develop 1+ test to handle that.

Tried some local index setup that reproduces the error seen in #206 - so something like this with a rust http server could do the trick for for that.

We do have integration tests in sysand/tests. Just none of our test projects depend on std libs, so this is not caught.
