Recognition not working at all

Describe the bug

Text recognition using FullModel or RecognizationModel standalone does not work at all.
Event tests from Sdcb.PaddleOCR.Tests produce gibberish.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Run any tests from Sdcb.PaddleOCR.Tests and check value of "recognised" text.
or
Reproduce the most minimal example by hand and using simplest contrast one word images.

Expected behavior

Recognition works.
