Create Scribe design system

Description

This issue would be to create a design system for Scribe applications. What would be included would be:

• Colors for light and dark mode
• Logo and how to use and not use the logo
• Fonts and guidelines for how to use texts

This would be created in a private Figma file and then moved over to the public Scribe designs 😊

Hey @andrewtavis

I've started to make small progress with the design system.
My main goal is to try an unify designs across all the touch points I can see. IOS, Android, Web & Mobile.

I've started by taking everything I can find and pretty much breaking everything into it's most basic elements.
I think we have a good opportunity to improve some small accessibility issues.

I've attached a screen with some small changes this system might introduce.
Mainly looking into type sizes. Hierarchy, button sizes, removing some effects I don't think we need.

I'm just sharing this now as I don't want to go too far down a path if it's not needed :)

Everything looks really really good there, @RC1732! Very exciting to see the first steps :) Would you suggest that we do the dark blue text across all apps and web, or just the website? I think that maybe the black could be easier for people to read in many cases?

Hey, I think black should work fine. Or maybe an off black like you have.
I've yet to firm up the greyscale tints, but I'll use what you have as a base
