Server Support

I see "likely to be extended with server support" in the crate description.

Looking around, I have found no crates that implement the server side of HTTP authentication for rust. I was going to implement it for myself but would rather do it somwhere central where others could use it.

Can I try to add it here?

Yes, that would be very welcome. I would use it myself sooner or later.

Should I make "client" and "server" features on the crate to split up that code?

I don't have a strong preference given that it shouldn't introduce new dependencies, but might as well, I suppose. We'll need to bump to 0.2.x when gating existing functionality behind a feature, but that's fine. (I might do some other things in the same version bump, see #1.)
