ENH: Allow post in changelog versions

Similar to:

• ENH: allow RC in changelog versions (or some skipping mechanism) #8

But for post-release versions. I noticed a WARNING: Invalid version string: 2.7.0.post1 (2022-07-07) in the log (for Jdaviz for a past release) though it didn't fail the check.
