Wiki pull request: fix the MCM Quickstart page formatting

I forked the wiki repository to fix the MCM Quickstart page formatting (issue #77), here's how it looks: https://github.com/pragasette/skyui/wiki/MCM-Quickstart.

The changes could be merged from https://github.com/pragasette/skyui.wiki.git following the suggestions found at https://gist.github.com/larrybotha/10650410.

Schlangster hasn't been active since November 2017 though. Is this project and documentation abandoned?

I believe they're not actively developed so I didn't expect any reaction, but writing MCM scripts is still a thing and I meant the fixed page to be available for everybody, as a reference.

Not abandoned just we both have more pressing real like commitments now. Thanks for the PR I'll look at it when I have time.
